Emo Capsule Collection

Role:
- Concept development & capsule design
- Patternmaking, sewing & garment construction
- Heat-set shibori & fabric manipulation
- Styling and model casting
- Creative direction for photography
- Photo editing and visual production
This small capsule collection explores emotion, identity, and subcultural expression through three complete looks developed as a unified visual narrative. Designed and constructed in full, the collection balances dark romanticism with tactile experimentation, using heat-set shibori and surface manipulation to create depth, texture, and contrast across the garments. Each look was intentionally styled to communicate a distinct mood while remaining connected through silhouette, material language, and color restraint. The project emphasizes atmosphere and attitude as much as construction, translating internal emotion into wearable form through controlled volume, distressed elements, and expressive detailing. Beyond garment design, the capsule was realized through full creative direction—casting models, styling, set planning, photography, and post-production—to ensure the visual output reinforced the collection’s conceptual tone. The result is a tightly edited body of work that merges fashion design with storytelling and image-making.
